Stuart Deadman needed a polished personal brand website to bring together his property projects, media coverage, community work, and wider business activity in one clear, professional space.

The site was designed to feel confident and established without becoming corporate or cold. Large editorial-style headings, warm neutral backgrounds, structured content sections, and strong photography help tell Stuart’s story while keeping the site easy to navigate. Visitors can quickly understand who Stuart is, what he works on, and how his projects connect through recurring themes of standards, discipline, resilience, and community.

A key part of the website is the project archive, which showcases featured Norfolk developments and links through to individual case studies. Each project page has a clear, consistent structure, including the project type, location, overview, delivery approach, and supporting imagery. This gives Stuart a flexible way to present current and future developments without each page needing to be designed from scratch.

The website also includes dedicated sections for media and press, causes and community work, latest news, and clear calls-to-action for project, partnership, and media enquiries. Rather than treating each area separately, the site brings them together into one cohesive online presence.

We built the site in Oxygen 6 and made heavy use of its Components feature for the repeated card-style layouts across the site, including project cards, media cards, news cards, quick fact cards, and call-to-action blocks. This helped create a consistent design system while keeping the build efficient and easier to maintain. Reusable components also mean new projects, posts, and content sections can follow the same polished layout without duplicating unnecessary work.

The end result is a flexible, modern website that gives Stuart Deadman a strong digital platform for his property work, public profile, and community-focused projects — with a clean structure that can grow as new projects and opportunities are added.
