Talk to the Entities

Complex Site Architecture with Seamless Front-End Editing

Talk To The Entities (TTTE) is a feature-rich WordPress site built with Oxygen Classic, Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), and WooCommerce. As part of a broader network of sites connected via WPFusion and Infusionsoft, TTTE integrates deeply with the Shannon O’Hara and Get Your Magic sites, enabling users to log in once and access content across all three platforms.

At the heart of the site are 10+ custom post types (CPTs), all powered by ACF. These include Events, Facilitators, and Spotlights – three interconnected CPTs that allow for dynamic relationships between facilitators and their associated content. If you view a facilitator, you can access their events and spotlight. If you view an event, you can navigate back to the related facilitator profile and spotlight, and so on – offering a seamless content experience for users.

Front-End Editing via Make and ACF

One of the standout features of TTTE is its fully custom front-end editing experience for facilitators. Using Make.com, we collaborated with a data specialist to build a system where facilitators can update their own profiles, spotlights, and events without accessing the WordPress admin. WinuSoft maintained the WordPress and Oxygen-side integration, ensuring data syncs reliably between the forms and ACF fields.

This allows facilitators to manage their own content independently, while maintaining data consistency and design integrity across the site.

Extensive eCommerce Integration

The e-commerce functionality of TTTE is powered by WooCommerce. Thousands of users can purchase products and event access, with all customer, product, and order data imported by WinuSoft at launch using WP All Import. Purchased content is accessed via the connected Get Your Magic site, with user data and access permissions managed via WPFusion.

As with the other sites in the ecosystem, the design was provided by the client, while WinuSoft handled all technical implementation and continues to manage the site.
