What is White Label eCommerce Development?

White label eCommerce development means we work behind the scenes as your development team, building, customising, and supporting WooCommerce stores on your behalf. Everything is delivered under your brand, so your client sees it as entirely your work — not ours.

Whether you need a full online store built from scratch, help with product setup, or ongoing technical support, we’ll slot in wherever you need us.

What does White Label eCommerce Development Cost?

We can work on an hourly basis at £80 per hour, or provide a project quote once we understand the scope.

You can use WinuSoft on an as and when basis, so it’s often more flexible and cost effective than hiring an in-house developer.

What's Included?

We offer flexible WooCommerce development support, so you can bring us in for whatever you need — whether that’s setting up the store, building custom functionality, or handling launch and post-launch tweaks.

We can also communicate directly with your client if you’d like us to act as part of your team.

Our Process

Our white label eCommerce development process is simple and adaptable.

For full-store builds, we start with a project briefing and then create the core templates — homepage, shop, product page, cart and checkout — and send them to you for review.

Once approved, we build out the rest of the site, add or import products, configure key functionality (like shipping, tax and payment gateways), test everything thoroughly, and prepare the site for launch.

If you’re not handing us the full build, that’s fine too. We can jump in wherever you need us — from setting up payment gateways and importing products to building custom functionality or fixing layout issues.

Using Your Designs

Send us your Figma, XD, or Illustrator files and we’ll build them out exactly as designed.

Don’t have a design? That’s fine too. We can build sites using wireframes, reference sites, or a written brief — whatever you have to hand.

Complete Technical Setup

We’ll take care of everything behind the scenes — from hosting setup and plugin installs to performance tweaks, SEO basics and contact forms.

We handle essential eCommerce configuration, including shipping zones, tax settings, payment gateways, and WooCommerce emails.

We’ll also connect tools like Google Analytics and configure SMTP to make sure everything works perfectly.

Optional Ongoing Support

Once the site is live, we can stick around.

We offer maintenance, support, and updates on a flexible basis to suit you and your agency.

Collaborating as part of your team — we use your tools, follow your processes and represent your brand.

An Extension of Your Team

We’re here to support your agency, not compete with it. Treat us as part of your team — we can work quietly in the background or communicate directly with your client if that’s easier. We’re happy to sign an NDA and use a white label email address if needed.

We’ll also slot into your preferred workflow. Whether you use Trello, Basecamp, Notion, email or something else, we’ll adapt to your tools to keep everything running smoothly.

Case Study

eCommerce with Breakdance & WooCommerce

We worked with Pitch Black Media to build the Better Made Snack Foods website — a bold eCommerce site powered by WordPress, Breakdance, and WooCommerce.

Our role focused on the technical build, including product templates, store setup, and front-end implementation. The site includes a mix of product types, such as bundles, single products, and variable items. We used ACF to add structured data for nutritional and dietary info, which conditionally displays based on field values or selected taxonomies — keeping the product pages clean, relevant, and easy to navigate.

The result is a fast, functional online store that reflects the brand’s heritage while making it easy for customers to explore and buy.
