Talk To The Entities – A Fully Integrated Multi-Site Ecosystem Built with Oxygen Classic
The Talk To The Entities website, developed by WinuSoft using Oxygen Classic, is part of a larger interconnected WordPress ecosystem. The platform features multiple custom post types powered by Advanced Custom Fields, including Facilitators, Events, and Spotlights—all intricately linked. Visitors can browse a facilitator’s profile, see their upcoming events, and explore spotlight features, with seamless connections between each.
Front-end forms allow facilitators to update their own profiles, events, and spotlight content. These forms are powered by a custom workflow using Make. While the Make and Infusionsoft integration was handled by a third-party provider, WinuSoft worked closely with them to configure the required ACF fields, form structures, and WordPress integration. Thousands of users can purchase event access and digital products via WooCommerce, and all customer, product, and order data was imported at launch using WP All Import. Purchased content is accessed via the connected Get Your Magic site, with login sharing across sites made possible through a shared CRM (Infusionsoft) and WPFusion.
WinuSoft executed the full technical implementation based on a design provided by the client and continues to manage and maintain the site as part of an ongoing relationship with Shannon O’Hara / Talk to the Entities.
